Taking over the business in 2012, Johann and Sandra started to groom dogs with little experience, but lots of passion and a love for what they were doing. 

Learning as they went, they became the professional groomers they are today.  They soon realised that other groomers are happy to rush through dogs, quickly and carelessly, without taking the care to make sure that the owners needs are met, or that the dog is happy.  Johann and Sandra decided to always groom with a strong focus on what is best for the dog, and found that with a happy pooch, a happy owner is ensured!  And this has been proven over and over again with our customers asking us back on a regular basis, many have standing monthly appointments!

We have recently expanded our business into most Northern and Western Melbourne Suburbs with 3 mobile grooming salons.  Our other Groomers are Tiaan and Winston, a truly family owned and run business which you will quickly see when you experience their friendly and welcoming service.
We make sure that our Doggy customers are carefully groomed, all burrs and matting removed, and the eye area is cleaned up and clipped to make sure that a clogging build up doesn't occur. 

We will perform a hygienic and beautiful cut or clip as required, and all care is made to ensure that Doggy is happy and comfortable.

We will work with any dog and any breed as best we can.
Johann has always been proud of his ability to connect with dogs, and has owned them his whole life.  With dogs that are scared of other groomers, maybe because of a bad past experience (some are afraid of men, and will usually only deal with female groomers), Johann will take the time to get to know them, comfort them, and make them understand that he is nothing to be afraid of. 

Many have called him the Dog Whisperer!
